My husband and I had an issue with the cruise control on our Class A RV, as well as the air conditioner. We learned that Liberty Ford was the only dealership/repair service in a large area equipped to handle large vehicle vehicles.. Bruce, who was our service advisor, worked with us closely to help us get to a wedding in Illinois the following weekend.
He contacted us throughout the repair process, and worked diligently to get a necessary part in, despite supply chain issues.
It has been years since we have experienced the positive level of support that we received from Bruce, the highly competent repair technician, and Liberty Ford. We could not be happier with the prices from beginning to end. If you have a large vehicle, such as a large RV or oversized truck, you should drive the distance to go to Liberty Ford.

The valet service was a nice surprise! My mother was recently diagnosed with ALZ and I needed my brakes checked. We would’ve had to leave at 6:45 am and I called to see if we could get a courtesy ride to and from my mother’s home. I was given a better option! I believe Sydney called me to arrange the pick up/drop off. Bruce was excellent and empathetic to my situation which took a load of my mind. He communicated the process which was a relief. I was called when my car was being picked up, was notified with the repairs needed/amount, then returned it when the work was completed. The driver was very polite as well. Excellent service!!!
